Four obese best friends struggle to lose weight together. Meghan had bariatric surgery, but she has stopped shedding pounds. Vannessa hopes to get surgery but gorges on fast food with her family. They visit Dr. Procter to get back on track.
After disappointing weigh-ins, Meghan and Vannessa are determined to do better. All four besties attempt to conquer a massive waterslide. Then, meeting with a nutritionist and therapist motivates Vannessa to confront her enabling sister.
