Contestants are Karyn Reese (Buffalo, NY), Jamie Clark (Phoenix, AZ), Zenobia Simmons (NYC), and Jackie Barrett (NYC). Two will advance to the quarterfinals.
Four contestants try to figure out who the criminal is, match the dog with the owner, and guess the celebrity that died in a hotel room. Four quarter-finalists try to find the woman feeling fear, diagnose 2 people with medical issues, and visit the scene of an arson fire and consequent murder at a hotel. Two will advance to the semi-finals.

Four semi-finalists try to pinpoint where a person is in a remote location, identify the cowboy out of 3 men, and read a crime scene at a bar where 2 men were shot by a well-known actor - 1 was killed and the survivor sits in on the reading. Two advance to the finals.
The two finalists try to locate a man buried alive, both read a different skeptic, and a 3-part challenge: visit and read the burial site of an unsolved double murder, read the victims' vehicle used by the killers, and read for the victims' family. One person is chosen as the winner of $100,000 and the title of "America’s #1 Psychic".
