Natalie Suleman, infamously known as "Octomom," shocks the world after delivering the world's first surviving set of octuplets with the help of IVF. When her identity is leaked to the media, her and her 14 children's lives are changed forever.
For years, speculation has swirled about who fathered Natalie Suleman's 14 children, and now she and her family are setting the record straight about her unconventional path to becoming a mom.
As a single mother to 14 children, societal judgement of Natalie runs high and she and her family find themselves having to fend off challenges from unwanted adoption requests, powerful attorneys, strangers alleging child abuse, CPS investigations, and even Natalie's own parents.
Single and unemployed, Natalie reluctantly embraces the "Octomom" label to provide for her family, but soon finds that keeping the cash flowing in brings devastating consequences for her and her 14 children.
Natalie is evicted from her home and stars in an adult film to pay her bills, all while using prescription medication to numb her anxiety. With her family's emotional lives at stake, Natalie desperately plots an escape from the public eye.
Natalie escapes the public eye with her family but finds the wreckage of her past still haunts them all. Meanwhile, Natalie plans a staycation for the octuplet's 16th birthday, but her own anxiety might derail the whole trip.
