The dead aren't resting peacefully at this funeral home because a rattlesnake is loose in the crematorium. Billy and Ricky search for the snake, but it finds them first--and it's a mean one! Later, Billy heads into a treacherous attic to deal with some bats, knowing that one false step could send him plunging through the floor.
It's Billy vs. the Raccoon when the feisty animal gets trapped in a dumpster--and Billy knows it won't give up without a big fight. Later, Billy's got another tough battle on his hands when he comes up against some Cicada Killer Wasps with their very painful stingers.
Armadillos, and snakes, and roaches, oh, my. When Billy and Ricky get a call about an armadillo terrorizing a woman's garden, they arrive to discover that a poisonous snake may be on the loose, too. Later, Billy confronts one of the biggest roach infestations of his career in the home of a client with severe health issues. Meanwhile, back at the office, Mary's trying to give orders--and she doesn't even work there!
Billy, Ricky and Gator Dave face an alligator in a family's pond. Billy almost becomes the beast's lunch during extraction. Later, Sarah, a Vexcon employee, must overcome her blue fear of wasps to help treat an infestation in her own family, an unexpected ordeal.
Billy intervenes at a worried couple's house: a raccoon lurks near their newborn's room. His investigations lead him to suspect that the animal is sick, which represents a mortal danger to the infant. Later, he was called to an animal shelter without euthanasia, completely invaded by infected rats.
Billy intervenes at Fox Creek Farms where an alligator over three meters has settled in the lake. With the help of Gator Dave, he tries to capture this formidable reptile. Then, Billy and Ricky are called to dislodge a particularly aggressive raccoon who has taken refuge in the attic of a house and threatens the children's playground.
Billy and Ricky intervene in a duck infested with toxic water moccasins and wasps. The situation becomes critical when Ricky, severely allergic, is stung in the face. Billy must then save the Twin Lakes summer camp threatened by a beaver that destroys the dam holding the two lakes.
Billy is called to the Gilberts for a bee problem. On the spot, he discovered a hive of nearly 13,000 bees housed in the walls of the house. Instead of exterminating them, he must relocate them to a local farm, a very complicated operation. Then, he intervenes to capture a skunk that wanders in broad daylight in a garden.
Billy intervenes at the Twin Lakes summer camp where an alligator of almost 3 meters threatens children, dogs and ducks. Then, with Ricky, he is called for an armadillo that ravages the prayer garden of a church. On the spot, they also discover wasps and fire ants, and must set their trap in the middle of the poisonous oak.
The crew must help a raccoon that's stuck in a tree with a peanut-butter jar on its head; and Billy climbs a theater catwalk to capture pigeons with his bare hands.
Billy intervenes in his mother's neighbors' garden for a nutria problem. After capturing these creatures, he discovers an aggressive water snake stuck in an old trap. As he tries to save him, the reptile turns against him! Then, Billy and Ricky are called to a cabin infested with poisonous brown recluse spiders.
Billy responds to the call of an animal control officer who received reports of a snake the size of a telephone pole. Skeptical at first, Billy takes the threat very seriously when he meets this 15-foot monster. Later, he must tackle a serious cockroach infestation that threatens the health of three young children.
Billy and Ricky investigate the mysterious disappearance of ducks in a customer's pond. By stretching their trap, they discover that a fierce red lynx is the culprit. Then, they intervene in a family terrorized by hundreds of red and yellow wasps nestled in a sofa. Dangerous mission for Ricky, extremely allergic.
Billy intervenes on a family property ravaged by a hurricane and a tornado, where he discovers a bell snake over 1.80 meters tall. Then, with Ricky, they are called to a retirement home for an 8-year-old red wasp infestation. The danger is real: allergic, Ricky risks hospitalization at the slightest sting.
Billy intervenes at the Andersons for a bat problem: hundreds invade the attic, and the guano infiltrates through the ceiling. Billy and Ricky are then called to a wasp-infested hotel, perched 60 feet high. Their crane breaks down in the middle of an intervention.
Billy intervenes in a miniature horse farm where a large snake has been spotted in the pond. Without knowing if it is poisonous, he conducts a careful search and discovers not only this imposing reptile, but also a second extremely toxic specimen. Then Billy and Ricky are called to a bee-infested golf course.
Billy receives a call about an alligator living in a pond at the Old Oaks Golf Club. With Gator Dave, they discover a specimen more than nine feet long! Then Billy intervenes at the Hughes residence for a problem of skungs. The animal terrorizes the family's dog and poses a threat to their little girl who plays in the garden.
Billy intervenes with a woman whose house gives off a pestilential smell: a dead animal rots under the foundations. He must crawl in this confined space to retrieve the carcass. Later, Billy and Ricky are called to the Dicksons: a squirrel stuck in their fireplace escapes into the house.
Billy and Ricky intervene at the Heaberlins for a hornet's nest, but discover the largest yellow wasp nest ever seen: five times the normal size, home to 5,000 angry insects. Then, Billy is called to Patricia Juergen's house, terrified by a snake that threatens her two rabbits. By grabbing it, he realizes that it is a python.
Billy and Ricky intervene at the Arbogast for a wasp infestation and discover one of the largest nests ever seen. Then, Billy is called to the Kennedys for a squirrel in the attic, but comes across a major fire risk. Will he be able to save the house before the disaster?
