Yorkshire
Adrian Edmondson explores the Yorkshire region, where his birthplace Bradford is located. Here he meets a group of metalworkers who allow him to try his hand at making cutlery, and goes tea-tasting in Harrogate. He also finds the time to create a snack for a choir using an unusual local recipe.
Welsh Coast
Adrian Edmondson explores the Welsh coast to discover the region's finest food and crafts. He meets a butter-maker who is ensuring her 100-year-old family recipe continues, takes to the river in a traditional coracle, enjoys a slice of Bara brith at Britain's oldest Women's Institute, and goes back in time when he visits a Victorian Punch and Judy show. He also cooks some local sausages.

Adrian Edmondson heads to Staffordshire, where he learns about oatcakes, pays a visit to the region's Marmite factory and explores the Potteries, where he is taught the art of producing ceramics by hand. Before he leaves the county, the presenter also meets dancers keeping an unusual ceremony alive and prepares a local dessert.

He visits a famous apple orchard, is taught the traditional art of basket weaving, and uses a local recipe to bake soda bread.
